Jason Robb, CMHCi

Jason is currently pursuing his Clinical Mental Health Counseling (CMHC) degree at Utah Valley University. With a background in psychology and five years of experience in the mental health field, he has worked with clients from all walks of life—though he has a special passion for supporting neurodivergent individuals (ADHD, Autism), LGBTQIA+ communities, and those navigating identity, faith transitions, and trauma.

Jason’s therapeutic approach is grounded in existential-humanistic principles, which means he focuses on helping clients explore meaning, personal freedom, connection, and self-acceptance. He believes change happens through connection and self-expression, and his goal is to create a space where clients feel truly heard and valued. He uses a mix of therapeutic techniques, guided by a Common Factors framework, but always with warmth, patience, and a deep respect for each person’s unique journey.

Outside of therapy, Jason enjoys hiking, making music, playing video games, and constantly learning—whether it’s history, philosophy, psychology, or a new language. He is also a committed advocate for social justice and believes everyone deserves to live authentically without barriers or fear.

Jason specializes in working with neurodivergent individuals (ADHD, Autism), LGBTQIA+ and gender non-conforming clients, teens and young adults, and those navigating identity exploration, faith transitions, and trauma. No matter where someone is in their journey, he strives to create a space where they feel safe, valued, and empowered to become their most authentic self.
