Jason Robb, CMHCi

Jason (he/him) is currently pursuing his Clinical Mental Health Counseling (CMHC) degree at Utah Valley University. Jason has spent the last five years working in the mental health field, with experience working with neurodivergent populations (particularly Autism and ADHD), and has a passion in providing a space for LGBTQIA+ communities and people of color or of other minority status, and those navigating identity, faith transitions, and trauma.

Jason's therapeutic approach focuses on an Internal Family System's framework (IFS), which is an approach that empowers healing from within through healing the internal parts of us that were wounded, often from a young age. Jason also utilizes other approaches in assisting his clients in their healing journeys, including person-centered therapy and sand tray therapy, as well as offering counseling for children, couples, and families. No matter where someone is in their journey, Jason strives to create a space where they feel safe, valued, and empowered to become their most authentic self.

Outside of therapy, Jason enjoys hiking, making music, playing video games, and constantly learning-whether it's history, philosophy, psychology, or a new language. He is also a committed advocate for social justice and believes everyone deserves to live authentically without barriers or fear.
